(TDS) Fight over Robert Roberson’s fate highlights brutality of death penalty

A no-holds-barred fight is taking place in Austin that will determine if a man lives or dies.

Robert Roberson, an autistic man convicted of capital murder in 2003 for the death of his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki Curtis, would be dead already if it hadn’t been for members of the Texas House calling for him to testify in a committee meeting set for after his execution date.
