(TDS) 'The American Dream is still alive' at Jalisco Tacos

Today, authentic Mexican street tacos are available throughout Nacogdoches. But a little over 30 years ago, only one option was available — a food truck, usually parked across the street from the Pilgrims plant.


Jalisco Tacos, which would eventually become a brick-and-mortar restaurant after the city banned food trucks for several years, continues serving the city’s blue-collar workers to this day from its location at 1003 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
